Duke and Florida are the early favorites to win the 2027 NCAA men’s basketball national championship, according to the William Hill sportsbook.
William Hill lists both programs at 10-to-1 odds — a winning $1 bet returns $11. National champion Michigan, which beat Connecticut 69-63 Monday in the 2026 title game, is 13-to-1. Connecticut is 16-to-1.
Arizona, which advanced to the Final Four this season, is 15-to-1. Michigan State is 14-to-1. Houston is 17-to-1, Arkansas 18-to-1 and Kansas 20-to-1.
The odds, of course, will change in the coming weeks when the NCAA transfer portal opens and top players find new homes.
UNLV, which has not played in the NCAA Tournament since 2013, is listed at 750-to-1 to win the 2027 title.
