Caesars marking 60th anniversary with '66-inspired menus at iconic restaurants

Caesars Palace is marking its 60th anniversary with a menu of nostalgic dishes and cocktails at the resort's trademark restaurants in nods to its 1966 opening era.
Through Dec. 31, restaurants across the Las Vegas Strip resort are offering limited-time items inspired by vintage steakhouse fare, French classics, Italian-American dishes and old-school buffet staples. The anniversary lineup includes Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, Amalfi by Bobby Flay, Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse by Bobby Flay, Nobu Restaurant, Stanton Social Italian, Dominique Ansel Las Vegas, Bacchanal Buffet, Peter Luger Steak House and Restaurant Guy Savoy.
The effort leans heavily on the idea that dining has always been central to Caesars Palace’s identity. At Bacchanal Buffet, a dedicated anniversary station features dishes such as Oysters Rockefeller, Duck à l’Orange, prime rib, Cornish game hen, Chicken Marsala and Roman-style porchetta. Other restaurants are interpreting the anniversary through their own lenses: Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN is serving a three-course Senate Supper for $115, while Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill has a Showgirls & Smoke menu priced at $90.
Nobu’s $266 anniversary menu revisits the teppanyaki dining experiences that gained popularity in the U.S. during the 1960s, filtered through chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Japanese-Peruvian style. At Restaurant Guy Savoy, a menu beginning July 28 will feature French classics including Duck à l’Orange Classique and Île Flottante à Deux.
Peter Luger Steak House is pricing select items at $66.26, a nod to 1966 and 2026, including Maine lobster tail, a dry-aged New York strip and Oysters Rockefeller.

The cocktails follow the same theme. The Strawberry Wallbanger and 60th Anniversary Old Fashioned are both priced at $19.66.
Caesars Palace opened Aug. 5, 1966, when developer Jay Sarno debuted the Roman-themed resort as what was then the largest hotel ever built as a single unified project in Nevada.
Today, the anniversary promotion comes as Caesars Palace continues a broader renovation push that includes updated suites, new gaming spaces, refreshed dining concepts and the recent debut of OMNIA Dayclub & Skybar. More renovations are planned for the Augustus, Julius and Palace towers.
Overall, the celebration works as a reminder of how Caesars Palace helped shape the modern Las Vegas resort experience: part spectacle, part reinvention and still deeply tied to dining.
