Metro officers arrested Calvin Kirklin on Monday March 31, after a citizen recognized his car as the one described by police after a shooting near Nellis and Charleston boulevards. Kirklin faces charges of murder with a deadly weapon and child endangerment. Three other adults and a baby were in the car with Kirklin at the time of the shooting, police said. The other car occupants do not face charges at this time.
