This drone, called the "Magpie," will be the first to fly in Nevada's federal drone test site program. Dignitaries including Gov. Brian Sandoval and Sen. Dean Heller attended a ceremony Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, where the Federal Aviation Administration declared it the first in the program.
