A steel sculpture titled, “Radial Symmetry” was installed this week on a median at Main and Commerce streets to mark the end of the newly finished one-way street concept. The $246,000, 16-foot-by-16-foot steel sculpture was created by local artist Luis Varela-Rico. A public dedication ceremony will Sept. 6.
