Las Vegas artist Niki Sands stands by her painting, an untitled oil on linen, after an unveiling during a groundbreaking ceremony for Auric, a luxury, mid-rise apartment complex by Southern Land Company (SLC), at Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas, May 21, 2019.
