Supreme Court justice is stuck

Chief Justice John Roberts can’t preside over a Senate impeachment trial while simultaneously reviewing and ruling on the president ignoring congressional subpoenas for documents and preventing officials from testifying in the House of Representatives’ impeachment inquiry. Democrats would declare a conflict of interest, and they would be correct.
