In response to the Nov. 15 letter to the editor, "Cartels deserve terrorist label":
No doubt cartels are infested with criminals and murderers. But should U.S. intelligence operations begin to root out yet another country's backyard infestations? Strike them?
What about the caustic, unlabeled terrorists right here in the U.S. who target people of color, LGBTQs, Jews, Muslims and other Americans who support equality?
America should weed out and debug its own backyard infestation first.
