We are seeing President Donald Trump’s reaction to a real crisis. His default strategy should not be a surprise to any of us.
1. It is a hoax by Barack Obama, Democrats, China, etc.
2. It is a conspiracy by Obama, Democrats, China, etc.
3. It will go away like a miracle because he said it will in spite of Obama, Democrats, China, etc.
4. It is real but he is doing everything perfectly.
5. Heads will roll as he blames everyone except himself. I, for one, will miss Vice President Mike Pence’s bobblehead act. Sorry Mike, but your fate was sealed when Trump named you scapegoat or point person for this pandemic response. Rudy Giuliani is hyperventilating and drooling at the chance to get closer to the White House.
We will remember what Trump did while America burned.
