LETTER TO THE EDITOR:

Why is Trump not accountable?

According to Sunday’s Las Vegas Review-Journal, India is tiptoeing toward a restart, China had no new deaths for 10 consecutive days, and South Korea had no new deaths for two days in a row.

Can someone explain to me why a country with 6% of the world’s population — the United States — has over 25% of the deaths from COVID-19?

I seem to remember that during the primary debates for the 2016 election, then-candidate Donald Trump, on at least three or four occasions, suggested that leaders were to blame for things that happened on their watch.

Shouldn’t his logic apply to his own watch?
