In a democracy, there must be more than one political party so that opposition voices are respected even when not in sync with the party in power.
In a dictatorship, there cannot be more than one party. Any opposition voice is disparaged, insulted, jailed, purged or worse.
Why is the nation tolerating vengeful bullying on the part of our highest leader, our role model?
Do we no longer care about the survival of democracy?
