LETTER TO THE EDITOR:

Funny, scary sides of GOP congresswoman

On June 4, Marjorie Taylor Greene, regrettably a U.S. congresswoman from Georgia, sent a letter to President Joe Biden to demand an immediate investigation into Dr. Anthony Fauci’s potential involvement in the cover-up of the origins of the coronavirus. She said the American people deserve answers on the Wuhan lab and Fauci deserves to be held accountable.

She wrote that she expected answers by “June 31, 2021.”

That’s not at all surprising since Greene also blamed Jewish space lasers for causing wildfires in California.

This is also the same person who commented in an online video after the 2017 mass murder in Las Vegas:

“How do you get avid gun owners and people that support the Second Amendment to give up their guns and go along with anti-gun legislation? You make them scared, you make them victims and you change their mindset and then possibly you can pass anti-gun legislation. Is that what happened in Las Vegas?”

“I don’t believe (Stephen Paddock) pulled this off all by himself, and I know most of you don’t either.”

This person occupies a seat in our national legislature and represents over 700,000 people.

Earlier in her life, someone should have told her the old maxim, “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.”
