Traffic rules are not consistent

Is the Regional Transportation Commission working with Elon Musk? It seems that both are planning on developing citywide transportation systems.

Sometimes I wonder if the transportation system in Clark County is a real system or just a hodgepodge of crazy rules and regulations. For example, when the airport tunnel was being worked on, the speed limit was 55 mph. Now, the work is over and the speed limit is 35 mph. On Warm Springs Road, with lots of traffic and many intersections, the speed limit is 45 mph. On Hidden Well Road, which has two lanes with traffic in one direction only and few intersections, the speed limit is 35 mph. On Pebble Road, travel east from Bermuda Road and the speed limit will change each time you cross a major intersection.

Maybe the two systems, RTC and Musk, will get together and develop a real, well-coordinated traffic system for Clark County.
