We enjoyed the Oct. 11 editorial, “Conspiracy theories have conditioned GOP to believe anything,” on the conspiracy problem in America.
At first we wanted to laugh, because they were so unbelievable. Then we realized that there are people out there who do believe them. What is scary is that these are adults, some well educated, some we actually elect to make laws that govern our lives.
When this type of problem becomes reality for some people, the lies just keep spreading. Some leaders are able to convince people that these outrageous lies are true. It’s very sad for America.
