The Republican Party does not exist; it has become the Trump cult.
Every cultist who has been endorsed by former President Donald Trump must take the position that the Jan. 6 event was not an attempted coup, and they are liars and fools.
The evidence is overwhelming that it was an attempted coup. More importantly, the leader of that coup caused the violent deaths of American citizens due to his failure to act for more than three hours while watching the violence unfold on television.
History will not be fooled. History will record that Trump was the first and only president to attempt a coup and cause the violent deaths of Americans.
Anyone who votes for a Trump cultist is supporting a murderer.
