Bush should take care of Americans first

Our president was in Africa promising millions of American dollars for the continent’s various problems. All this while there are many people in the Ninth Ward of New Orleans living in contaminated trailers.

Can anyone tell me why people in Africa get significant American aid before blacks in the United States?

Those who voted for Dubya twice should hang their heads in shame.
