Every place you go, people are driving and talking on their cell phones.
For some reason common sense doesn’t tell them that while driving and talking on the cell phone, they do not have adequate control of their vehicles and they do not have their mind on driving.
Wait a minute, the police also drive around talking on their cell phones. I guess two wrongs do make a right.
