Supreme Court can’t be called liberal now

I hope that last week put an end to conservative complaints about the “liberal” judiciary in this country.

Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has, in one week, sided with Big Oil by slashing punitive damages for one of the worst man-made ecological disasters in history, the Exxon Valdez oil spill, and taken part of the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment out of context to support the National Rifle Association, there is no question that our highest court is decidedly right-wing.
