In his first major decision and one that could affect us all, John McCain picks for his vice presidential running mate the least qualified Republican woman in his party. This is good judgment?
I am delighted that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is a wonderful wife and mother, but what does that have to do with being second in command behind a 72-year-old nominee? Her major quality is that she is pro-life — this is not a credential, it is a value!
I can’t fathom that any Hillary Clinton supporter would vote for this ticket. Hillary was and is not only qualified but experienced. This selection is an insult.
