I have never written a letter to the editor, but I am writing this one in reference to the immigration law that Arizona has passed. It seems to me that everyone is overlooking something. All they talk about is how this will result in racial profiling.
No offense to anyone, but how can you call it racial profiling when 98 percent of illegal immigrants who come across the border are from one specific ethnic group. It seems to me that you are simply targeting the source of the problem.
If we were talking about our northern border, then naturally we would be targeting a different population. If it were one of the northern states that passed this bill, you would not see any protest of this type.
Wake up world and wake up America; we are losing our common sense.
