I loved Mike Smith’s editorial cartoon in Tuesday’ Las Vegas Sun about who would bear the true costs of cleaning up the oil spill. The cartoon was right on, perfect.
Of course, this situation is an example of the “free market” that all conservatives endorse.
I, for one, would gladly pay the Internet and/or postage fees to ensure that President Barack Obama, along with those who oversee the Energy Department, Interior Department and Commerce Department receive a copy of the cartoon.
Hey there, Federal Trade Commission, how about a price freeze on all BP/Arco petroleum products?
