I was glad to read the recent letter from Michael Stilley of Mesquite. I, too, am frustrated that as a five-year resident of Nevada, I cannot register an account with Ultimate Gaming to play poker on my home computer.
I could not complete the process to register as I kept my California cellphone number. Ultimate Gaming needs a Nevada number and requires a text confirmation, as well. They must find a way to allow Nevada residents to register without requiring a cellphone.
So many Nevadans who are willing to play are unable to do so. What a shame. What a loss of revenue.
