The Las Vegas 51s were defeated by the visiting Reno Aces Tuesday in the first game of a Pacific Coast League series at Cashman Field, 6-5.
The game was tied at one after five innings before Reno scored five runs in the next three innings, including a pair of runs in the seventh and eighth frames.
Las Vegas had three players each record three hits as part of a 14-hit attack — Josh Satin, Collin Cowgill and Wilmer Flores. Cowgill was 3-for-5 with two runs scored and Flores had two RBIs.
The series resumes at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday.
