The president of Iraq is asking for more military aid and intelligence. The United States has lost more than 4,000 American lives and over a trillion dollars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Those dollars could have created jobs and provided the necessary services to citizens of the U.S. The president and Congress should place the needs of citizens first. Let Iraq pay for any U.S. aid with oil money that was supposed to pay for the war.
