Police arrested 120 Culinary protesters outside the Cosmopolitan as they became rude, unruly and acted like a pack of animals. I’m just a resident who has lived in Las Vegas for years and have come to believe the members of the Culinary Union are a greedy bunch.
If I owned the Cosmo or any other Strip hotel, I would tell them to take a hike. If anyone wants to negotiate a working contract, they should do it only over a bargaining table, no matter how long it takes. If these employees are so unhappy about working in their hotel, they can quit and get a job someplace else.
