Target gun safety, responsibility

The Brooklynn Mae Mohler Foundation is holding a gun safety awareness event featuring a 1K/5K run at Sunset Park on March 29.

It is absolutely imperative that the Second Amendment’s guarantee that we can carry firearms be protected.

It is also imperative that innocent people be protected from irresponsible gun owners.

The debate should be about gun safety and the responsibility of gun owners to secure their weapons when they are not in their possession.

Please help get the Nevada Legislature to pass some common sense legislation to hold people responsible who do not take gun ownership seriously.
