Prison system creates violence

In some neighborhoods in America, shootings are the norm, violence is endemic. Why? Here is one big reason: For decades, we have acted violently against nonviolent people!

Millions of Americans have seen and experienced this violence called prison abuse. They were imprisoned for nonviolent offenses, only to be brutalized by the system.
