The 13,000-square-foot Las Vegas estate of gaming industry veteran Jim Murren is on the market, listed at $10.5 million.

Owned by Murren and his wife, Heather Murren, the property is inside the Ridges at Summerlin guard-gated community near Red Rock Canyon.

Murren left his CEO post at MGM Resorts International to lead the state’s COVID-19 Response, Relief & Recovery Task Force, which mobilizes the private sector to assist Nevada agencies in the ongoing fight against coronavirus.

The property is described as “one of Las Vegas’ most unique architectural estates,” according to the Ivan Sher Group, which is representing the Murrens in the sale.

The house includes multiple luxury amenities, such as an elevator, a private terrace, a Zen garden, a half basketball court, and a wine cellar.

The Murrens built the home in collaboration with the Marmol Radziner architecture firm, artist James Turrell, and builder Jack Raftery.

“Nothing can compare to the unique experience this home offers,” Sher said in the release. “The architecture is unlike anything else in Las Vegas. It truly is a desert sanctuary.”
