Democratic politicians are irate over President Donald Trump’s taxes. But, why? Who passed the tax laws that Trump’s accountants and lawyers use to file his taxes? The same career politicians, like Vice President Joe Biden, who are upset and making a big deal over it. Trump didn’t make those laws, they did.
Tax avoidance is perfectly legal, but tax evasion isn’t. The tax laws that Trump uses are followed by many of the rich and famous. The New York Times should be concerned about the politicians who become rich while serving in public office rather than the businesspeople who are rich already and get elected to office.
