LETTER TO THE EDITOR:

Saudis invested in Kushner, bigly

Just six months after Jared Kushner left the White House, as reported by The New York Times, he secured an investment of $2 billion from Saudi Arabia for his new investment firm, Affinity Partners. According to the Times, even though the committee of advisers for the Saudi investment group advised against the investment, they were overruled by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the investment was granted.

It is also noteworthy that the Saudi government will not produce any additional barrels of oil to help drive down the price of oil, yet on several occasions, it increased or decreased oil production of oil at the request of former President Donald Trump. Could it have anything to do with Trump refusing to release the intelligence report thatpointed the finger at the crown prince for approving the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi? Or maybe because President Joe Biden did release the report? Are the Saudis really our friends?

The amount of money Kushner received from the Saudis, makes the amount Hunter Biden was paid by several foreign entities look like chump change.
