I believe abortion should be legal for multiple reasons. For instance, it gives women free choice with their bodies. It’s also beneficial to the economy.
Banning abortion would only make women feel like they are in less control of themselves. When we take away the right to abortion, we are saying we have the right to make choices for you. If America stands on this message of “home of the free,” then we shouldn’t take away freedom of choice.
Secondly, abortions will take place regardless of anyone’s personal opinion about them. It is whether or not we continue to allow safe ones or not. Keeping abortion legal allows women and the economy to remain safe and provides us with positive benefits.
