We all start out as equals

The writer of the March 10 letter “Bill of Rights got one thing wrong” is mistaken in that he thinks equal creation is equal to equal outcome.

All men (and women) are created equal. But what they become is due to many things: Family, education, influences and experiences they undergo in growing up are the elements that determine the resultant human being.

In some cases, they become inhuman beings.
