Trump's actions demand consequences

I was drafted during the Vietnam War and became an Army officer with a secret security clearance. The handling and control of secret documents is a sacred trust. Other people’s lives can depend on keeping this trust.

Former President Donald Trump’s actions and bumbling explanations (or lack thereof) for what we have seen documented in photos taken at Mar-a-Lago disqualify him from elected office of any kind, let alone president.

The Republican position of standing by Trump is an affront to all of us who served on active duty: He needs to go to jail, not back to the Oval Office.
