It’s been reported that the average tax refund would be bigger and arrive quicker than previously — approximately $3,011 —and that 2 out of 3 taxpayers are expected to receive a refund.
Instead of celebrating this, shouldn’t we look at the fact that 67% of taxpayers are having too much of their income withheld to the tune of about $250 per month?
This at a time when raging inflation is taking its toll at the gas pump and grocery store.
