Street vendors are entrepreneurs who are trying to make a decent living. As long as they obtain the proper licenses, they shouldn’t be penalized with unreasonable fees or restrictions on when or where they can operate.
Instead of being on the dole, these entrepreneurs are willing to stand out in all kinds of weather to provide for their families. We should support their efforts.
