Events guide: Super Bowl watch parties

The Super Bowl may be about team loyalty and sports betting, but in the minds of many, it's the food spread (and the commercials!) that really make the day important. If you're leaving home for the big game, Las Vegas venues have a slew of options with mouth-watering menus so read on to plan your food-filled day.

Prosperous Investments, LLC hosts the Kingpin Super Bowl Watch Party, a night of filled with football, food and drinks at Palms’ penthouse-style Kingpin Fantasy Suite. The party starts at 3 p.m. Guest can enjoy appetizers catered by Palms and an open bar featuring signature cocktails. DJ So Hype will be on the turntables following the game. Proceeds from the event will benefit U.S. Vets Las Vegas, an organization dedicated to providing housing, counseling and career development support to military veterans and their families. The Silverton invites football fans to join in celebrating the Big Easy style and watch the Super Bowl inside Veil Pavilion. The free event features the game on six giant screens plus chances for prizes and giveaways. Take advantage of Cantor Gaming's mobile sports wagering and place bets before and during the game. For $35, get a wristband good for unlimited food and drinks or pay $20 and receive unlimited drinks or unlimited food. Guests must be 21 or older to enter and the event begins at 2:30 p.m.

Via Brasil Steakhouse will show the game in the main dining room on a 150-inch screen with their rodizio dinner and happy hour specials. Option one is $36.99 and includes the full dinner with 18 meats, 16 side dishes and gourmet salad bar. Option two for $18.99 features the salad bar with 35 Super Bowl appetizers. Also available are $3-$8 happy hour cocktails and appetizers in the bar and dining room. Add $35 for open bar.

Tailgate Las Vegas-style at the Pub at Monte Carlo where guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring chili garlic wings, sliders, crab cakes, the fry trio and a build-your-own nacho station. There will also be raffles and an open bar option.

Guests at Public House at Luxor can enjoy an all-you-can-eat game day buffet featuring jalapeño poppers, battered artichokes, kettle chips with dip, sliders, sausage and peppers, chicken wings and mac 'n cheese for $55 per person.

Don’t miss a minute of the action (and commercials!) at the Sporting House which features two 16-foot, high-definition screens, a dozen 36-inch high-definition video monitors and individual monitors at every table. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet that includes tailgating classics like hot dogs, bratwurst, riblets, buffalo wings, chicken tenders and build-your-own nacho and potato stations. Two open bar packages are available plus an array of desserts.

New York-New York’s America offers an all-American meal for the game including buffalo wings, sliders, hot dogs, Italian subs, chili and more. Two different cocktail packages are available.

Pure Nightclub presents the Big Game Sunday viewing party. Doors open at 1 p.m. and entry is free. VIP bottle service is available. Specialty menu items include basil-tomato fondue stuffed mac-n-cheese ball tempura, barbecue pork sliders with pineapple slaw and dirty chips and focaccia pizza. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.

Social House presents the Social Bowl with doors opening at 12 p.m. Specials include half price Godzilla cocktails from 3:30 p.m. to close. Enter the Guess the Winner, Free Dinner contest for the opportunity to predict the winning team and final score to win a dinner for two voucher. Guests can buy a $5 wristband for their team of choice and when the chosen team scores a touchdown guests are given a complementary sake bomb. Offers available in the bar and lounge only.

PBR Rock Bar’s big game celebration shows the game on more than 100 high-definition televisions. An open bar package for $100 per person will include domestic drafts and well drinks available from kick-off until the final whistle blows. Also offered is a premium, all-access open bar available one hour before kick-off until the end of the game, priced at $150 per person. Both open bar packages require a $50 minimum purchase of food.

Ranch House Kitchen at Town Square offers an open bar package priced at $50 per person including domestic drafts and well drinks that will be available from kick-off until close. Football fans who don’t want to miss the action will have a guaranteed seat with the purchase of a $75 premium open bar package until the restaurant closes.

Crazy Horse III will have a full weekend of entertainment. ESPN Radio 1100 AM / 98.9 FM will host a live broadcast from the game day viewing party, which will feature numerous drink specials and is hosted by bikini model and actress Bobbi Billard. Playmate Kayla Collins hosts a party on Saturday. Monday Night Football fans who purchased buckets of Budweiser or Bud Light beer were rewarded with raffle tickets for weekly prizes throughout the season. A grand prize winner will be selected from the raffle tickets at the party, to receive a 47-inch flat screen television. Guests can enjoy complimentary Budweiser and Bud Light drafts, in addition to complimentary Crown Royal drinks, during the pregame party from 3 p.m. until kickoff. During the game, guests can enjoy pizza and barbeque fare plus $1 Budweiser and Bud Light drafts, as well as $5 Crown Royal cocktails.

Señor Frog’s Las Vegas at Treasure Island offers several game day packages: The Rookie, The Veteran or The MVP. The Rookie is priced at $240, or $60 per person, and will include a bottle of Senor Frog’s signature tequila, ten bottles of Miller Lite, wings and a chicken taco mountain. The Veteran will offer a choice of a premium bottle of liquor, including Absolut, Bacardi or Jose Cuervo, accompanied by a mixed appetizer platter, 12 Miller Lites and fajitas for $320, or $80 per person. The MVP will feature an ultra-premium bottle of liquor including Grey Goose, Ambhar and Captain Morgan, 15 Miller Lites, a street taco platter and barbecue combo for $396, or $99 per person.

Rockhouse at the Grand Canal Shoppes offers an open bar from kick-off until the end of the game, starting at $100. The game will be broadcast on 80 high-definition flat-panel televisions throughout the venue.

Due Forni celebrates its second annual Foodie Bowl with food starting at just $6 and $20 all-you-can-drink Peroni and wine. Enjoy items like oven roasted mussels ($9), turkey meatballs ($6), brushcetta ($7) pork belly sliders ($7) with caramelized onions and fontina, house-made sausage and pepper panino ($8), roasted oxtail ($9) with gnocchi, cremini mushrooms and a red wine reduction and ham and cheese mini calzones ($7).

Lavo welcomes back the Lavo Bowl, an annual football viewing party from 2 to 5 p.m. In preparation for the big game, the venue will be transformed into a sports haven with more than 20 TVs in the lounge and restaurant. Enjoy an open bar for $75 or a gourmet Italian buffet as well as an open bar for $125.

Guests can start their football festivities early at Sunday Football Brunch at 10 a.m. at Slice of Vegas in Mandalay Place. The menu includes steak hash and eggs, the Italian omelet with Italian sausage, peppers, fresh mozzarella and marinara and 12-inch breakfast pizza with sausage gravy, mozzarella cheese and eggs. During the match up, enjoy $15 PBR pitchers, $4 PBR pints or $4 Absolut, Captain Morgan and Jameson drinks.

At Hussong’s Cantina guests can choose between the breakfast burrito, huevos rancheros or chilaquiles con huevo with sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, cilantro, grilled white corn, queso fresco, topped with two eggs and finished with pico de gallo. During the match up, enjoy $15 PBR pitchers, $4 PBR pints or $4 Absolut, Captain Morgan and Jameson drinks.

Rhumbar will host the Big Game Tailgate Party featuring all-inclusive food and drink packages priced at $150 per person. The patio will open one hour prior to kickoff with specials running throughout the game.

Bagatelle Restaurant & Supper Club celebrates the big game with Super Brunch XLVII. Starting at 2 p.m., guests can get an open bar package for $65, complete with well cocktails, plus an optional buffet dining experience for an additional $50 per person, standing room only. Table reservations ($150 food and beverage minimum applies for all seated areas, per person) ensure seating.

Allegro, the Italian-American restaurant at Wynn, presents an all-you-can-eat menu featuring meatball sliders, chicken wings, risotto arancini, mini-chicken parmesans, truffled fries, fried calamari, and meatball and margarita pizza. The special game day menu is available from 2 p.m. to the conclusion of the game for $95 per person. The full a la carte dinner menu is available at 5:30 p.m.

At Society Café at Encore, guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat menu featuring carved peppercorn filet of beef, smoked BBQ pork shoulder, chicken wings, meatball and pepper heroes and burgers. The menu is available beginning at 1 p.m. for $95 per person.

The Eastside Lounge at Encore offers an a la cart menu including spicy chicken wings, Kobe beef sliders, hot dogs and fries, available from 1 p.m. through the end of the game. There is a food and beverage minimum of $125 per person.

The Lobby Bar & Café offers an a la carte menu including sliders, wings, hot dogs and fries, starting at 1 p.m. There is a $95 food and beverage minimum.

Meatball Spot celebrates pro football’s biggest day with the MeatBowl, a meatball sampler platter that includes a choice of six meatballs and six sauces, priced at $19.99. It comes with one draft beer. For those entertaining guests at home, Meatball Spot offers a carry out feast priced at $150. The feast for 20 or more includes a choice of 25 meatballs and two sauces, four Roman-Style pizzas, and one salad or side dish. All carry-out orders must be placed by Thursday.

Aliante Casino will show the game on a 50-foot big screen projector inside Access Showroom. Sports wagering will be available inside along with a $20 game day buffet which includes two free drinks, $15-20 beer buckets and $5 Jameson and Absolut cocktails. Door prize drawings will be held throughout the game for a chance to win one of four $100 prepaid Visa gift cards or the grand prize of free beer for a year.

At the Aliante Race & Sports Book, guests can have a shot of Sauza Silver Tequila or any Smirnoff product for $2, or a shot of Jack Daniels or Jagermeister for $3 with a cash purchase of any beer. Football fans can also enjoy $1 dogs and $1 Bud and Bud Light during the game.

At Claim Jumper at Town Square, enjoy Happy Hour specials in the saloon all day. Happy hour specials range in price from $2 - $7 and include $2 snack items such as pretzel sticks or chips with black bean hummus, caramelized onion dip or salsa. Drink specials include $3 draft beer pints, $4 select cocktails and $5 wines by the glass.

At the Louie Anderson Theater at Palace Station, from noon until the end of the game, guests can enjoy a buffet and a bucket of four beers for $30, or $20 in advance. Other drink specials include $2 domestic bottles of beer, $3 import bottles of beer, $2 shots and $4 cocktails. Or for $150, booths are available offering all-you-can-eat food and bottomless buckets of beer.

Chrome Showroom at Santa Fe Station offers the game for no cover charge, starting at 2 p.m. Booth reservations are also available for $250, which includes 12 beers, chips and salsa, two pizzas at halftime and two dozen chicken wings at kickoff. There is also a $20 all-you-can-drink draft beer option.

At Santa Fe Station’s 49/49 Lounge, the party starts at 2 p.m. and features no cover. Booths are available for purchase at varying prices and drink specials include $10 buckets of Bud and Bud Light and $4 bloody Marys.

At Santa Fe Station’s Race & Sports VIP Lounge, table reservations for $250 include two buckets of beer, two pizzas at halftime and two dozen chicken wings at kickoff, starting at 2 p.m.

At Fiesta Henderson’s Sports Book, enjoy a hot dog cart with $1 hot dogs and chips, $2 nachos and brats, $3 wings and $4 pulled pork sandwiches or an all-you-can-eat wristband for $20. Beer specials range from $2-$4, $1 sodas and $3 Red Bulls.

At Amigo’s at Fiesta Henderson, from noon-9 p.m., enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet for $9.99 with a players card or $10.99 without. For an additional $20, enjoy all-you-can-drink Bud/Bud Light, select tequila shots and frozen margaritas. The full Mexican buffet includes tacos, enchiladas, shredded beef and chicken, Cholula chicken wings, Mexican rice, two kinds of beans, rice, quesadillas, salad churros and sopapillas.

At Kixx Lounge at Boulder Station, enjoy all-you-can-eat stadium food and three drinks for $25 from 2 p.m. until then end of the game.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino hosts two Super Sunday viewing parties at the Joint and Vinyl. Guests can make use of a satellite betting station inside the Joint. Food and drink options are available for purchase at both venues. For premiere seats, fans can reserve a table at Vinyl for groups of four with a $500 minimum food and beverage purchase. For a more casual experience, guests can purchase a $40 wristband and receive a six-bottle bucket of beer. Wristbands holders will be granted access to the third floor seating at the Joint or standing room inside Vinyl.

At 35 Steaks + Martinis, enjoy specials like beer braised chicken for $26 or flat iron “chili” for $31 featuring anAncho chili rubbed 8-ounce prime flat iron, white bean ragout and roasted tomato on the vine.

At Mr. Lucky’s Café, enjoy hot dog specials, barbecue house potato chip nachos for $12, chicken and beer for $30 featuring two dozen wings and a bucket of five Bud Lights and gridiron buckets featuring 12 wings for $10 or 24 wings for $20, served with ranch dipping sauce and a choice of wing sauces.

At Pink Taco, enjoy pollo y cerveza for $30 featuring two dozen wings and a bucket of five Coronas, Pink Taco wing bucket with 12 wings for $10 or 24 wings for $20 and buckets of five Coronas for $20.

Anthony's Burgers & Brews at M Resort offers a $25 all-you-can-eat Big Game Buffet. From 2-7 p.m., the buffet will include buffalo wings, Chicago dogs, brats, sliders and shrimp cocktail.

Dick’s Last Resort at Excalibur offers buy two, get one free pitchers of Miller products, $25 buckets of select beers, $7 Jack Daniel’s and Jack Daniel’s Honey shots, $6 Jägerbombs and $8 Grey Goose mixed drinks. The venue’s $35 food platter options feed up to eight people and include wings with fries, chicken tenders with fries, duo shrimp featuring peel and eat and fried shrimp, and a barbecue platter featuring pork, brisket and fries. This one-day event is by reservation only and guests must spend a minimum of $95 per person in food and drink before halftime. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests must be 21 years of age or older after 10 p.m.

The sports book at Caesars Palace will offer guests “Man Caves” that seat up to eight people, with four 47” high definition television screens for which guests control the action as well as the audio, video games such as Xbox 360 or Wii and leather couches. The “Man Caves” are set up in the private poker room which will have two private betting windows for those in the “Man Cave” room. The deal includes open bar featuring spirits, Miller Lite, Coors Light and house red and white wine, comfortable lounge seating, football helmet beer buckets, bottle service with a choice of Herradura Tequila, Jack Daniels whiskey or Ketel One vodka, an all-you-can-eat buffet, 12 large-screen televisions around the room and one giant screen plus an appearance by the Miller /Coors Light models. The “Man Cave” is priced at $1,500 for a group of six people with $200 for each additional person, with a maximum capacity of eight guests total. There will also be general admission seating including the open bar and buffet for $147 per person.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill offers a Big Game Menu for $100 per person including all-you-can-drink draft beer and wine and all-you-can-eat from the restaurant’s popular English chips, collection of sliders, pub crisps, warm salty pretzels, duck confit poutine, deviled eggs, Caesar salad, chilled shrimp salad and mac n’ cheese.

Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill features a Big Game Menu including a variety of hot and cold offerings and desserts for $95 per person, which includes tax, gratuity and a bucket of four Coors Light or Miller Lite 16 ounce bottles. Food is served from noon–6 p.m. Beverage specials will also be offered during the event.

KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers will offer a buffet-style game day menu including appetizers, entrees and desserts for $65 per person.

The package also includes all-you-can-drink Miller or Coors draft beer and featured well drinks including Skyy vodka, Cruzan rum, Wild Turkey bourbon, Sauza tequila, Jack Daniel's whiskey with an additional $3 charge for Red Bull mixer.

Gilley’s at TI hosts and all-you-can-eat-and-drink party featuring bottomless drafts and well and call cocktails plus a food buffet including chicken wings, barbecue pork sliders, build-your-own Texas nacho bar, pork green chili, hot dogs and popcorn. The Gilley’s Girls will be joined by the ladies of Bud Light, Jagermeister and Jim Beam to dole out giveaways. Admission is $98.

Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club’s Super Sunday party offers two ticket packages. For $75, guests can get guaranteed seating and a tailgate buffet and for $125, guests can get exclusive showroom seating and an upgraded buffet. The party will be hosted by Tasha Reign and the ladies of Sapphire will offer $1 dances at halftime.

Heraea, the brand new restaurant at the Palms, opens its doors for a Super Bowl party. For $100, guests can enjoy an open bar plus appetizer platters. There will be music from Roger Gangi and Jeremy Cornwell plus a betting station inside the venue. Doors open at 1 p.m.

The Indigo Lounge at Bally’s will feature a Miller Lite tailgate buffet for $89 per person. Drink specials include $25 Miller Lite and Coors Light buckets including five 12-ounce bottles. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the event includes prizes and giveaways.

Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood will celebrate with a “Red Zone Buffet” upgrade for $49.99 per person, which includes the buffet’s customary food offerings, an open beer bar from 3 – 8 p.m. and prizes and giveaways. Doors open for the event at 2 p.m.

Heart Bar at Planet Hollywood will offer tables with designated 55-inch flat screen televisions; reservations start at $400. Enjoy gogo dancers and DJ music from 1 p.m. until kickoff. Drink specials include $25 Miller Lite and Coors Light buckets including five 12-ounce bottles. Prize giveaways will be featured every quarter of the game.
